Order Processing Times

ORDERS TYPICALLY TAKE 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS BEFORE THEY ARE SHIPPED, HOLIDAYS & WEEKENDS ARE EXCLUDED. PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND BEFORE ORDERING. 

SHIPPING- All Domestic Orders Are Shipped Via USPS

  • After your order is placed, you will be sent a confirmation email. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please make sure your email address is correct
  • Orders typically take 3-5 business days. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us info@zellafermani.us

IF YOU SUSPECT YOUR ITEMS HAVE BEEN LOST OR STOLEN. PLEASE PUT A CLAIM IN WITH USPS BEFORE SENDING AN EMAIL TO INFO@ZELLAFERMANI.US. WE CANNOT ASSIST WITH LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES WITHOUT A CLAIM NUMBER. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are sent via USPS. Shipping times depend on the final destination. 

 

RETURN & EXCHANGES

  • Returns & Exchanges can be made within 7 days of the original order arrival. Once you notify us you have 5 days to show proof of shipping (Tracking #) of returned product. Once these requirements are met we then will provide store credit or exchange
  • Items must not be worn, torn, or damaged and in its original packaging
  • Return Tracking # is REQUIRED in order to process exchanged items
  • Items can be returned for store credit or exchange only
  • All sale items are FINAL
  • Customer is responsible for return postage
  • Please note original shipping cost will not be refunded.
